With help from his teacher and encouragement from seniors, Rachit taught himself how to use Scratch, navigating bugs, testing logic, and celebrating small wins. His perseverance paid off. Rachit’s selftaught skills led him to participate in the International Kids Coding Competition (IKCC)—a global platform where children from 45 countries competed. Despite the odds, Rachit’s project was selected as one of the top entries from India. Out of only 30 entries allowed per country, 18 were from CM RISE schools, including him. He earned a Certificate of Achievement—a recognition not just of his talent, but of his drive.
Conclusion About Rachit’s curiosity
Through coding, Rachit found more than just a new skill. He discovered creativity, resilience, and a deep love for technology. Rachit’s story reminds us of what’s possible when students are given the tools and trust to lead their own learning journeys.
