Peepul invites passionate and driven young individuals to apply for our Volunteer Programme. It is a unique opportunity to transform the learning journeys of children in government primary schools across Delhi.
This is your chance to step inside classrooms, work closely with children in Grades 1 to 3, and help them build strong foundations in their educational journey. As a Volunteer in Delhi, you will not only support students who are falling behind but also grow into a more empathetic, skilled, and informed changemaker.

What the Programme Offers You 
As a Peepul Volunteer, you’ll gain far more than classroom experience  – you’ll build a strong foundation in project management, stakeholder engagement, and effective communication. Here’s what you’ll gain through this experience:
  •  Real classroom exposure: Understand how government schools function, observe learning challenges first-hand, and contribute directly to student progress.

  • Meaningful impact: Support students who need it the most, and watch them grow under your guidance. 

  • Skill Building: Develop key transferable skills such as project planning, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and effective communication. 

  • Training & Mentorship: Receive structured training and continuous support through regular debriefs and check-ins with experienced mentors. 

  • Professional Edge: Earn a certificate, travel allowance, and gain priority access to the Peepul Fellowship 2026 — an opportunity for deeper involvement in the education space.

  What We’re Looking For 

  • Passionate about working with children and supporting education

  • Willing to step into real classrooms and engage with students meaningfully 

  • Reliable, consistent, and open to learning 

  • Strong communicators who can collaborate with school staff and peers 

  • Excited to take on responsibility, show initiative, and solve problems 

  • Weekly Commitment: Spend 6-10 hours (Monday to Friday) in school, consistently engaging with students, supporting learning, and building trusted relationships with teachers and school staff.
