We usually ask candidates to complete:

• Writing Assignment: A role-specific task (takes about 3–4 hours, with 48 hours to complete) to assess problem-solving, communication, and job readiness.
• T-Score Occupational Assessment: A 45-minute online test (Math, English, and Reasoning) conducted by our testing partner, Eklavvya. The test is proctored, so your camera must remain on.

Don’t worry, you will get clear instructions by email.

We try to review all assessments within a week. If you are moving ahead, we will invite you to interviews.

If you are not shortlisted after the assessment stage, you will be notified via email.

We usually have 3–4 rounds:

• Role Suitability & Commitment– to understand your motivation.
• Skills Discussion– to talk through the skills you will need.
• Facilitation Round(for some roles) – a practical group or training exercise.
• Final Round with Senior Leadership– to get to know your aspirations and cultural fit.

We aim to finish interviews within a week.

Yes. If we think you might be a better fit elsewhere, we will discuss it with you. You decide if you would like to proceed.

If you make it through, we will ask for your last three months’ pay slips and three professional references.

On average, about two weeks from shortlist to decision. If you need flexibility, just let us know.
