PEEPUL SUPPORT MODEL
Our Role
Peepul is the partner for the School Education Department, Govt of MP, to lead the Academic Support and Monitoring Unit (ASMU) as part of CM RISE Schools. Peepul is the primary partner on school processes and academic approach, capacity building and system strengthening. We worked on building academic structures and processes that create a positive school culture.

Structured Capacity Building
The School Leaders fulfil the vision of a school through their practices. They need to be in tune with the effective processes to be regulated in schools, through consistent support and capacity building. A capacity-building model with Leadership Training, Peer Learning and Personalised Coaching has been set up with enablers like the School Leader Handbook launched to support school leaders.
Monitoring and Field Support
To ensure operational excellence of the programme, a comprehensive monitoring structure has been launched with self-reporting by school leaders and school visits by ASMU members. This includes Daily Forms and Monthly Reflection Forms along with regular visits by the academic implementation field team. Our field team holds regular VCs and works closely with the school leaders to provide support.

Quality Interventions
Holistic development of students is ensured through vocational education and activities that promote problem-solving, collaboration and mind-body connection. Summer camps are organised to allow students to take up extra-curricular and sports activities based on their interest.
