Our network of three high-achieving primary schools in Delhi transforms the lives of over 1400 children from low-income communities
As practitioners who believe in demonstrated impact, we have pioneered the turnaround of three ailing schools into visual exemplars, in partnership with the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD).
These ‘proof-of-concept’ schools that are run within the government system act as our innovation labs. We track and analyze school-level data for insightful evidence on interventions that work. We contextualize international best-practices to the Indian government schools. And once we identify what works, we also codify and disseminate it across the programmes we run.
The profile of our students and the talent pools of teachers are the same as those of a typical government school – yet, we deliver exceptional results.

What's
innovative?
Our innovation lies in closing the distance between schools and homes to ensure uninterrupted learning. We serve low-income communities that were disconnected from their child's learning process and became the medium that allows parents to step into their child's shoes to become pillars of support in their academic journeys.
Effective parent engagement is established through a series of interventions like Kamal ki Class (classroom observation), Chai pe Baat Cheet, Parent-Teacher meetings and online circles (Whatsapp groups, telephonic check-ins). Developing synergy between parents and teachers greatly improves learning outcomes to help children build confidence in their capabilities.
