A 5-year project with the Municipal Corporation of Delhi which focuses on scalable assessment reforms to drive improvement in student learning outcomes. The Programme aim is to positively impact Foundational Literacy and Numeracy outcomes.   

Building blocks for future learning

Millions of children in India lack Foundational Literacy and Numeracy skills which are critical to educational outcomes at higher grades. The Education Report of 2018 highlighted the poor learning levels with 49% of Grade 3 children unable to read grade 1 level texts and 28% struggling to recognise 2-digit numbers. We aim to bring a series of academic, governance and technology reforms to strengthen assessments across MCD.
